Sound Baths With Deep Meditation
When I perform I personally go into my own deep meditative state and orchestrate every concert and sound bath differently. I have music from all over the world I chose from. You're completely bathed in beautiful heavenly sounds that create complete peace within. I also, for each concert send reiki to each individual and the room while playing. When this takes place your subconscious is at rest, so healing begins without being blocked by the chatter of your mind and discontent of that energy. In perspective; you rest while the music, sounds and heavenly energy brings total relaxation and clearing from every aspect of your “well” being.
This helps the natural flow of your body, mind, heart and soul connection. You are in complete peace and feeling unbelievable! I have also now discovered that you burn true calories simply by enjoying this two hour performance. One of my doctor friends who was wearing a Fitbit told me after she had burned 432 active calories and over 530 total calories sleeping. There is so much that we are now discovering, what crystal bowl therapies do. I also have been told that these sound baths have lasting effects of this freedom, peace, deeper love and connection that lasts for weeks!
