Yoga, crystal bowls with meditation is a complete and diverse way to energize the body, clear the mind and become energetically and physically fit. John and Julia provide a truly diverse class that is fun, filled with dynamic energy and provides the structure needed to create a very positive experience and atmosphere. Between the yoga, breath work and sound meditation; you’ll leave wanting more! John and Julia’s energy is dynamic and what they offer truly is divine and love wholeheartedly what they can share with you. John and Julia are experts in many fields of breath work, meditation, yoga and energy practices.

This truly beautiful class is orchestrated with music, our truly divine hundred percent quartz crystal bowls that are perfect pitch. We have over 13 bowls that cover earth root to beyond the 12th chakra (energy field). We perform privately any where and at several studios all over Michigan. Our concert participants usually fall asleep or enjoy a truly deep restorative meditation. The healing effects last well over two weeks.
