Full Moon...End of May...Summer Begins...

Hello; happy full moon, end of May and beginning of summer!

Last week I didn’t get a chance to send out my weekly blog. I was in beautiful Sedona and in California. I was invited out there to speak about sound therapy and the profound results achieved when using this type of therapy. The west is getting on board where the east has always used this and many other holistic approaches to keep people healthy and help there citizens with cancer, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis to menstrual cramps to migraines to any ailment our bodies, mind and heart succumbs too. That studies by Oxford, Harvard, Yale and many others across the planet have witnessed miraculous healing. 

But this blog isn’t about that. Future blogs will dive into sound therapy, reiki and other holistic approaches and what these studies have found first hand.

Our planet has been going through rapid changes since the beginning of the twenty first century that is escalating on levels not seen, felt or heard before. Not just us, as humans; but animals, the weather, the oceans, the tectonic plates, our atmosphere going out to our solar system affecting each planet, moon and our sun. 

See, these affects are creating mood swings, depression, intense highs and lows, being very tired to having an overload of energy, emotions going haywire to going deep to trying to find the deeper meaning of you, life and where we go from here. 

But, we are entering this phase that the cosmos are producing for us as I write this. A time period of letting go and trusting the amazing “inner you” and your heart! I’ll dive into this at the end of the blog.

Being out west, they’re among the most wide open and diverse people I know other than traveling out across the ocean to Asia among others who have known this time period and the affects it has on us all. 
My friend who is Cherokee out on the west coast spoke to me about how more people are lost trying to search outside them selves by going wherever the flock goes and the next guru. See, he describe that all your answers are within. That it’s wonderful to embrace knowledge, but with great reverence and disconnect. To show the passer of knowledge your attention is good; but place that knowledge in arms length. Let your heart decide. That’s the only one you should be listening too. When listening to your heart that is true connection to the heavens and the one or ones you look up too. 

My friend spoke, that if everyone did this simple gesture; disease, heartache and pain would eventually lose its grip. He explained to me that he even knows many now teaching or performing healings only concentrating on the heart chakra to the crown. He explains how dangerous that is; when the world needs more grounding than ever. Which are considered the root chakra to the heart. 

Many he comes across with his own teachings and holistic practices are trying to find this place in the sky which is already within you. No matter the religion you share or practices; that is still the same. When you search outside yourself that leaves the heart empty and the head full. Take in the energies of the earth right now and cosmos; the head is the last place you want to be. With over 50,000 thoughts daily running through your subconscious and trying to navigate through that maze; he explains, you know why so many are just hoping and wishing for some major event to take place to save them. 

I agree with him on many accounts. But I do on my own life path, know that we all get from point A to point B differently. Is there an easier path? For me it was listening to my heart. Placing whatever I heard, seen, felt and opened to; placing it in my heart and if it didn’t fit me; I simply let it go while the rest I let grow. I feel we all carry with us a magnificent puzzle piece that if placed in our hearts we would all live together from a place of unison...not perfect here but from love not hate. 

This is why I went into this field. Not because I feel that this is the end, to all means, giving you “what you need to love your life”. To be “happy, healthy, love openly and thrive”. That’s definitely within you. 
But, I know for certain that sound therapy if done right, Reiki, Reflexology, music therapy and the list of many other healing holistic medicines out there can help you enter your heart so you can empower yourself from that source of strength, knowledge and certainty. I do understand that the energy walls that are here; those emotions and feelings most run from. But they’re just that. Just energy. Once released. It’s gone and instantly you are free. 

My sound therapy and reiki (one on one sessions) I have witnessed clients remove thirty years of trauma, let modern medicine do it’s job in a cancer patients body removing it, helping a family who was on the verge of giving up...now speak openly and share there love from their hearts, I even have witnessed doing distance reiki helping a family who had their son in the hospital and three sessions later he was out; that energy extended not just helping her son, but those working on him and the medicine that they were prescribing. The list is many. We are all energy. We are all sound and vibrations that flow and fluctuate through the vastness of space (each other). We are all connected and changing together as we navigate our own paths and with the family and friends and the world we share. We owe it to ourselves to stay fit. Try to eat as healthy as we can. Get regular doctor checkups. If your body aches, pamper yourself with a massage. Bones out of place; enjoy the chiropractor; definitely will help you. But one thing most don’t do here; not listening to your emotions, feelings and mind chatter. Sound therapy helps clear that energy and auric field which is your energy field around your body. This becomes blocked which alters your moods, your feelings, your emotions and eventually your body, bones and organs. That’s where it all starts. If that’s blocked; then all other in alignment start to become “stressed” and each processor in the brain and heart react accordingly and try to alleviate that energy. If not allowed too; then the panic button is turned on and a list of reactions occurs in the body. From anxiety, to stress, to migraines, to depression to anger to thoughts in a unhealthy matter and beyond. To eventually weight problems, cancer, diabetes to name a few. It’s all caused by stress. 

Two weeks ago I mentioned how simply speaking to yourself, to others and your thoughts have a diverse affect on you and your surroundings. I will go deeper on this right now. If you constantly express how you hate something or wish you weren’t there or you don’t care. Then that’s what you receive. Your thoughts are real. They actually physiologically react to that stimuli and create that within; which affects your mind, body and energy outwardly to others.
Try this instead. Instead of ever saying the words...hate, pissed, tired, never, don’t care...etc. Try using this...dis-“like”, not “happy”, not “energetic”, now, “do” “care”-“need” space. 
If you noticed the words have a positive meaning to them but get the point across. One is mind - one is heart. If your mind hears the word like, care, energetic, happy; it stimulates the never bundles and creates the serotonin that brings the feel good mood to that area. The opposite is the other affect. 

My friends in numerology speak of the up and down difficulties with most since basically 2015-16-17 and part of 2018. We are ending that time period and have entered the second half of this year with a release from the stars. You will all notice a breather; relaxed feeling of clarity through June. Of course it’s a choice to let that play out. This will be also a magical time to manifest, to have a clear heart to love openly and to see with clarity. One last thing. Just Incase you didn’t know. Dr. Oz and his wife use reiki and other holistic approaches first. They explained that the world should use holistic approach first, then medicine and then if needed surgery; but continue always with the holistic approaches too. Did you know that the chakras are on the spine? Not some imaginary thing someone came up with. These are energy centers that control everything. Did you know there are hundreds of chakras in the body? Not just seven as you have learned. They’re at tips of your fingers, toes, nose, chin, eyebrows, lip, hips, and even in the auric energy filed of your body, mind and heart. Tapping Practitioners use these areas. The main seven control all these.
