According to research, engaging in physical activity of any kind – aerobic exercises, weight training, etc. results in the release of hormones such as oxytocin, adrenalin, serotonin, and more. Hobbies provide a healthy outlet to escape daily stressors and invest time in activities that provide a sense of fulfillment. Prominent activities to consider include – journaling, reading, gardening, learning an instrument, and painting.
