Meet John Steinbauer

Hello and wonderful to meet you. My name is John Steinbauer and I truly love what I do. Each client is my utmost importance and I truly care deeply. I always take the time for you personally and are there for you before, during and after each session. Helping others achieve their inner peace, power within and uncover their true potential and gifts is a blessing I embrace each day! 
I’m certified as a Life Coach, in Primordial Meditation, Reiki, teaching Reiki and Sound Healing. 
I have over thirty years experience with music, sound and meditation. I have been helping others as life coach since I was a teenager. 
I just recently changed the name of my business to 22 Lunar. The program I created is Energy In Motion; but I’m much more than that and I wanted to provide many different outlets for you to choose from. 
Many love to get up, groove and just let loose; a great way to exercise and feel empowered! I introduce Cosmic Percussions; a fun, energetic way for people of any age to just be themselves and feel that freedom! We box ourselves in with too many things in life; here we move to the energy of one another! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Many love the healing of reiki, but also love the profound cellular healing affects of sound therapy, a complete package that truly has created miracles before my eyes. I came up with Energy In Motion and have had clients remove thirty years of baggage in three visits, to another finding her missing father who suddenly disappeared when she was a child and reunited, to a client that was in complete pain being a larger man; his chiropractor couldn’t align some vertebrae and instantly each one popped into place, to a client who was bed ridden with cancer and after five visits was dancing in front of me, saying...”I feel good!” 
​Many clients love meditation and those spectacular benefits this form of blessings creates deep within. Many give up on this practice as it can be difficult to separate from the fast paced world we live in. The chatter we succumb to in our minds. My program Energy In Motion Primordial Meditation will help you achieve this the first time. Meditation completely brings you into balance; mind, body, heart and spirit. The benefits are truly remarkable! 
Many clients would rather communicate what is holding them back. This is why I also offer my personal Life Coaching with Energy Outflow. Many I know love the connection; face to face discussion and game plan to achieve what they want from their lives and how to get there as quickly as possible. They are goal seekers that like a plan that brings them to that place of success, freedom and accomplishments! Add in Energy Outflow and it’s profound. We all have energy signatures that are dense or flowing. We do within us and also where we sit, lie, stand or areas we are in, such as rooms, cars, offices, around our homes to even places we walk such a hiking path and other places we spend a lot of time in. If we are angry, sad, hurting in an area, that signature stays and becomes intrenched there until you break that cycle. We will, definitely, with any of the remarkable services I offer. 
Each program is unique; each one works profoundly and centers to your own spiritual growth and path in life. Life is about achieving what we want and energetically empowering ourselves along the way. 
For nearly ten years I was honored enough to be a part of special education; helping students seek a more peaceful and loving place within. For six months I helped a school district bring an average of sixty bullying incidents down to zero. Sharing the gift of your heart from a place of understanding and listening from that place provided that trust; in time each student experienced the other from their standpoint as well as the honest place from within. I provide that deep connection with every client. 
I also teach reiki from that same energetic and profound place. We are all students here. All learning, growing and absorbing. Each moment we share so much; it’s where we place that energy that creates peace or problems in our life. Teaching reiki brings me such joy; I know that each student will grow using Reiki and the benefits are astronomical! 
Reiki provides that for you; learning it, only helps you become a more profound person on your life path. It’s not tied into a religion, a certain spiritual practice or belief system. It’s the universal life force. I have taught fifth graders to eighty year olds. All beliefs, spiritual backgrounds and life paths. Reiki has changed my life forever and has brought me such treasures that I’m lucky enough to have opened, so I may share these gifts with you. I love to teach small class sizes; that’s how we can all share our experiences and learn reiki the true traditional way that Dr. Usui attended it. I am always there for my students. Always. If you need something, have questions or need some extra help; I’m available for life. I want you to be the well rounded practitioner, master or teacher that is confident and open to use all your gifts. The entire point of reiki is to share that universe life force with anyone in need. You will be clearly able to, after my classes. 
I’m also an animal lover that services your family friends. I perform animal reiki that is unbelievable in ways that words cannot describe. I have helped clients - furry, flying and swimming friends in person and across the globe. No animal is too small or large. Your pet will actually tell me where they’re hurting by moving in certain positions and move into other positions until they’re done. It’s quite amazing to watch. Let me service your pet; they take on way more than you can imagine. They live from their souls perspective and found you to be of your service. 
I will express again I love what I do. My calling has always been to help others and share my heart, energy and gifts. When you have so many people express to you, they love what I do; then you personally smile within knowing this is my gift to be able to help.
