Russian Scientists Prove DNA Can Be Reprogrammed by just our Words and other outside Frequencies.12/8/2021 THE HUMAN DNA IS A BIOLOGICAL INTERNET and can be reprogrammed.
Russian scientific research explains the human supernatural phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more. In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes. Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered “junk DNA.” The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore those 90% of “junk DNA.” Their results, findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary! According to them, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and in communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. So human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA. The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of the DNA. The bottom line was: “Living chromosomes function just like solitonic/holographic computers using the endogenous DNA laser radiation.” This means that they managed for example to modulate certain frequency patterns onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself. Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary. One can simply use words and sentences of the human language! This, too, was experimentally proven! Living DNA substance (in living tissue, not in vitro) will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequencies are being used. This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, autogenous training, hypnosis, Mediation, Prayer and other forms of Focus, can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language. While western researchers cut single genes from the DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically worked on devices that can influence the cellular metabolism through suitable modulated radio and light frequencies and thus repair genetic defects. Garjajev’s research group succeeded in proving that with this method chromosomes damaged by x-rays for example can be repaired. They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA and transmitted it onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another genome. So they successfully transformed, for example, frog embryos to salamander embryos simply by transmitting the DNA information patterns! . Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and explained. Of course the frequency has to be correct. And this is why not everybody is equally successful or can do it with always the same strength. The individual person must work on the inner processes and maturity in order to establish a conscious communication with the DNA. The Russian researchers work on a method that is not dependent on these factors but will ALWAYS work, provided one uses the correct frequency. In nature, hyper communication has been successfully applied for millions of years. The organized flow of life in insect states proves this dramatically. Modern man knows it only on a much more subtle level as “intuition.” But we, too, can regain full use of it. An example from Nature: When a queen ant is spatially separated from her colony, building still continues fervently and according to plan. If the queen is killed, however, all work in the colony stops. No ant knows what to do. Apparently the queen sends the “building plans” also from far away via the group consciousness of her subjects. She can be as far away as she wants, as long as she is alive. In man hyper communication is most often encountered when one suddenly gains access to information that is outside one’s knowledge base. Such hyper communication is then experienced as inspiration or intuition. The Italian composer Giuseppe Tartini for instance dreamt one night that a devil sat at his bedside playing the violin. The next morning Tartini was able to note down the piece exactly from memory, he called it the Devil’s Trill Sonata. In the book “Vernetzte Intelligenz” (Networked Intelligence), Grazyna Gosar and Franz Bludorf explain these connections precisely and clearly. The authors also quote sources presuming that in earlier times humanity had been, just like the animals, very strongly connected to the group consciousness and acted as a group. To develop and experience individuality we humans however had to forget hyper communication almost completely. Now that we are fairly stable in our individual consciousness, we can create a new form of group consciousness, namely one, in which we attain access to all information via our DNA without being forced or remotely controlled about what to do with that information. We now know that just as on the internet our DNA can feed its proper data into the network, can call up data from the network and can establish contact with other participants in the network. Remote healing, telepathy or “remote sensing” about the state of relatives etc.. can thus be explained. Some animals know also from afar when their owners plan to return home. That can be freshly interpreted and explained via the concepts of group consciousness and hyper communication. Any collective consciousness cannot be sensibly used over any period of time without a distinctive individuality. Otherwise we would revert to a primitive herd instinct that is easily manipulated. Hyper communication in the new millennium means something quite different: Researchers think that if humans with full individuality would regain group consciousness, they would have a god-like power to create, alter and shape things on Earth! William Softky; Cornell neuroscientist and biophysicist explains in this edition of Tech Turncoat Truths.”The fashionable intelligence at The New York Times has declared sound baths are everywhere, and it’s true. Well-educated people like myself now routinely spend a couple dozen dollars for a few hours in a quiet room listening to ringing gongs, thrumming bowls and shaking rattles. Those special-purpose sonic environments are technically called “sound baths,” but both aspiration and experience prefer the colloquial term “sound healing.” Sound baths do, in fact, make one feel “healed” just like a good massage does. I’m fascinated by sound baths not just for the quiet, subtle thrills that pure tones give to any breathing human. As a neuroscientist and biophysicist, I spent my career understanding the mathematical theory of how fluid brains interact with vibrating bodies, with the most relevant discoveries published in three research papers (see here, here and here). It turns out that coherent sound patterns can help nervous systems “tune” themselves, in the same general way tuning-forks help experts tune pianos or harps. A few months ago, I validated that explanation in person with Aurelio, the man who founded the world’s most prestigious sound-bath workshop called Svaram in Auroville, India. Aurelio and I agree on how sonic waves heal human bodies. That insight matters, because sound baths — like many “alternative” therapies that use live humans — have amazing cost/benefit ratios, delivering happiness fast and cheap. Yet such therapies get short shrift in monetized media, precisely because they have so little profit and centralized messaging. The NYT article, for example, gave lots of examples and quotes, but didn’t distinguish between practices or explain why they work. Fortunately, that article’s one scientific quote says all we need. David Baguley, a professor of hearing sciences at the University of Nottingham, said: “We know that sound has a massive influence on how the brain is organized.” Of course! The whole body from ears to toes is just a collection of vibrations, so it’s practically made of sound. Understand sound, you understand us. The Science Think of all the motions a human body can have, from big and slow to small and fast. The biggest, slowest motions are the strides and arm swings of locomotion, followed by faster and more delicate motions of fingers, toes and face. Keep going into the muscular tremors of the body (lasting around 0.03 seconds) and of the eyeball (0.01 seconds), through audible sound waves (down to 0.0001 seconds), into the ultrasonic realms of sound localization and proprioception (under 0.00001 seconds). Those vibrations span factors of millions in time, with the highest-bandwidth, most information-dense signals at the microtime end. Those ultrasound echoes enable the brain to convert time into space, microseconds into millimeters, both inside and outside the body. Those neuromechanical vibrations make your image of yourself and your world. Every last one of those body motions, from seconds to microseconds, is a kind of vibration and thus a kind of sound. You could say that a brain’s primary task, even the “visual” task of vibrating the eyeball, is that of anticipating and re-creating vibrations in space. Our brilliant brains are jelly managers. That means the whole brain/body system reduces, in a physicist’s sense of “first approximation,” to a kind of self-playing instrument. Say a “smart” harp with a million strings, one string for each muscle fiber. In this metaphor, the harpist brain sends pulses (action potentials) to “pluck” muscle fibers at precise, predetermined times. Right after, the plucks’ micro-reverberations trigger a coherent wave of sensory-neuron pulses back up to the brain. By learning to arrange the outputs and inputs to overlap, the brain minutely sculpts muscle and myofascial vibrations in the body, making them as predictable and lingering as possible. But you couldn’t possibly be aware of those tiny vibrations because they are far too numerous, fast and subtle to be tracked by clunky “consciousness.” They are as unconscious as can be. Back in paleo times, our nervous systems calibrated themselves just fine for a few million years, because the outdoor sonic environment we evolved for was simple, natural and three-dimensional: wind sounds, rain sounds, twig-snaps, people. Every sound a real one, every microsecond perfectly in place. Unfortunately, the modern world messes with microseconds: screens and lights flicker at rates that drive the unconscious crazy, digital phones scramble subtle vocal nuance, loudspeakers make unphysical sound patterns, earphones create competing soundscapes, wireless interruptions make unpredictable shocks. Our delicate vibration-managing nervous systems become de-calibrated not just by the sounds we call “noise pollution,” but also by the artificial sounds we call “entertainment” and “connection.” The solution to mental misery created by a de-calibrating sonic environment is to return to a calibrating one, such as a sound bath. The most natural sonic environment is obviously nature itself and, in fact, the practice of loitering quietly among trees, called “forest bathing,” provides well-documented benefits. In the neuromechanical view, trees provide naturally complex sound-reflection surfaces, and their rustling leaves provide coherent sonic point-sources, distributed through space. Full-spectrum authentic 3D sound. Sitting under a Bodhi tree in Auroville, I could hear the shape of the moving wind in the rustling leaves. Perhaps that same sound pattern enlightened the Buddha. Human-made sound baths, on the other hand, use two opposite types of sound to recalibrate the supine recipients in two opposite ways. To recalibrate one’s spatial-localization sense — hearing exactly where a sound comes from — there are rattles, rainsticks, chimes and other objects that make sharp, sudden clicks or dings from specific points in space. These constitute what physicists call “point sources,” a kind of test pattern originating from exact points in space and time. (The Amazonian ayahuasca ceremony, a kind of drug-enhanced sound healing, ends with rattles shaken over the participants). To recalibrate whole-body vibrations, sound baths also include things that ring continuously from being rubbed on the rim, the way one rings a wineglass. Brass Tibetan “singing” bowls and huge cylindrical quartz bowls both create enduring single-frequency notes, which typically form standing waves in the room. Standing waves have the simplest possible pattern in space and time, and so they provide the entire body with simultaneous, consistent, coherent stimulation. Sensory neurons on and under the skin thus all fire in microsecond synchrony. Furthermore, the nature of standing waves, like those in microwave ovens, is to have “hot” and “cold” spots. That means you can feel the center of sound coming from within your head and feel it move around inside. Different Sounds Other sound experiences, such as traditional religious ceremonies, include blown instruments, whose sounds are less pure, but thereby also embed vibrations from the performer’s abdomen. For example, the Tibetan horn, the didgeridoo or the Jewish shofar. Some experiences involve the sonic properties of the space itself, such as reverberation patterns in a cathedral (e.g., the Caveau Phonocamptique), or the echo-enhancing meditation space in Auroville’s Matrimandir. These point to the final benefit of sound baths: they’re social. A group of people in a quiet room automatically bathe one another in a soup of imperceptible human-generated vibrations, reference signals as useful as sounds from bowls and rattles. We can “heal” each other just by breathing. So understanding our brains as vibration managers easily de-calibrated by modern life shows us what to avoid and what to do. Any self-learning processor needs to avoid artificial and artificially interesting signals, so tech-made sounds and fractured soundscapes in and of themselves de-calibrate nervous systems. It even seemed like something “magical” to me, when I was writing about how through brain waves and AI scientists can “see” what you are seeing in real-time. Now, even more progress is being made thanks to neuroscientists at MIT.”So far, there is no cure for Alzheimer’s despite rapid growth in the number of people living with the disease. It is estimated that around 44 million people around the world suffer from this condition or a related form of dementia. In the U.S., an estimated 5.5 million people have Alzheimer’s disease. It is also the sixth-leading cause of death in the U.S, killing even more people than breast and prostate cancer combined. Even though a few drugs temporarily manage certain cognitive symptoms of the illness, none of them can stop Alzheimer’s progression. Virtually all new treatments have failed in clinical trials. “We really don’t have much to offer people,” says Shannon Macauley, a neuroscientist at Wake Forest School of Medicine. This new research basically works with imitating the healthy rhythmic patterns—or brain waves—that operate at different frequencies. Gamma brain waves oscillate at roughly 30 to 100 Hz and are associated with higher-order cognitive functions, and they are also known to decrease in the brains of people suffering from Alzheimer’s. A previous study showed that flashing light 40 times a second into the eyes of mice treated their Alzheimer’s disease. If this was not amazing enough, researchers also added sound of a similar frequency and this dramatically improved the results. In a way, we can be talking of “healing frequencies”… some “alternative” therapies in medicine may not sound so crazy now, huh? This noninvasive treatment also greatly reduced the number of amyloid plaques found in the brains of these mice. Plaques were cleared in large swaths of the brain, including areas critical for cognitive functions such as learning and memory. “When we combine visual and auditory stimulation for a week, we see the engagement of the prefrontal cortex and a very dramatic reduction of amyloid,” said Li-Huei Tsai, one of the researchersfrom MIT’s Picower Institute for Learning and Memory. Another fact to consider is that the researchers found that if they treated the mice for one week, then waited another week to perform the tests, many of the positive effects had faded, suggesting that the treatment would need to be given continuously to maintain the benefits. Tsui used a frequency ranging around 40 Hertz, a sound only just high enough for humans to hear, and as a “side effect,” it also helped clear the nearby hippocampus, an important area of the brain associated with memory. After treatment, mice exposed to this “therapy” performed better in a range of cognitive tasks. Findings show an overall neuroprotective effect, even in the later stages of neurodegeneration, the researchers reported. Though there are important differences among species, there is reason to be optimistic that these methods can provide useful interventions for humans,” says Nancy Kopell, a professor of mathematics and statistics at Boston University. While further research is needed and a few numbers to understand, such as 40, the frequency that is creating a profound impact in mice, this is encouraging news to finally have an effective treatment for all stages of Alzheimer’s disease. I hope outstanding so far. I have many findings that have been past on to me over the past couple of months. I would love to pass them on to you. We are entering spring and most who feel the ill effects of seasonal disorders are sharing with me that they dislike this time of year most. Where spring is entering the conversation, yet we are in waiting mode to actually experience it. Plus we are in the midst of some powerful energies flowing in from the cosmos that are amped up - helping those go inward. So this is the perfect place to start my blog right here. Each section is separated so you can absorb the different research that at the end I will tie in together. “Russian Scientists Prove DNA Can Be Reprogrammed by just our Words and other outside Frequencies.”THE HUMAN DNA IS A BIOLOGICAL INTERNET and can be reprogrammed. Russian scientific research explains the human supernatural phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more. In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes. Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered “junk DNA.” The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore those 90% of “junk DNA.” Their results, findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary! According to them, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and in communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. So human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA. The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of the DNA. The bottom line was: “Living chromosomes function just like solitonic/holographic computers using the endogenous DNA laser radiation.” This means that they managed for example to modulate certain frequency patterns onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself. Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary. One can simply use words and sentences of the human language! This, too, was experimentally proven! Living DNA substance (in living tissue, not in vitro) will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequencies are being used. This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, autogenous training, hypnosis, Mediation, Prayer and other forms of Focus, can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language. While western researchers cut single genes from the DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically worked on devices that can influence the cellular metabolism through suitable modulated radio and light frequencies and thus repair genetic defects. Garjajev’s research group succeeded in proving that with this method chromosomes damaged by x-rays for example can be repaired. They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA and transmitted it onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another genome. So they successfully transformed, for example, frog embryos to salamander embryos simply by transmitting the DNA information patterns! . Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and explained. Of course the frequency has to be correct. And this is why not everybody is equally successful or can do it with always the same strength. The individual person must work on the inner processes and maturity in order to establish a conscious communication with the DNA. The Russian researchers work on a method that is not dependent on these factors but will ALWAYS work, provided one uses the correct frequency. In nature, hyper communication has been successfully applied for millions of years. The organized flow of life in insect states proves this dramatically. Modern man knows it only on a much more subtle level as “intuition.” But we, too, can regain full use of it. An example from Nature: When a queen ant is spatially separated from her colony, building still continues fervently and according to plan. If the queen is killed, however, all work in the colony stops. No ant knows what to do. Apparently the queen sends the “building plans” also from far away via the group consciousness of her subjects. She can be as far away as she wants, as long as she is alive. In man hyper communication is most often encountered when one suddenly gains access to information that is outside one’s knowledge base. Such hyper communication is then experienced as inspiration or intuition. The Italian composer Giuseppe Tartini for instance dreamt one night that a devil sat at his bedside playing the violin. The next morning Tartini was able to note down the piece exactly from memory, he called it the Devil’s Trill Sonata. In the book “Vernetzte Intelligenz” (Networked Intelligence), Grazyna Gosar and Franz Bludorf explain these connections precisely and clearly. The authors also quote sources presuming that in earlier times humanity had been, just like the animals, very strongly connected to the group consciousness and acted as a group. To develop and experience individuality we humans however had to forget hyper communication almost completely. Now that we are fairly stable in our individual consciousness, we can create a new form of group consciousness, namely one, in which we attain access to all information via our DNA without being forced or remotely controlled about what to do with that information. We now know that just as on the internet our DNA can feed its proper data into the network, can call up data from the network and can establish contact with other participants in the network. Remote healing, telepathy or “remote sensing” about the state of relatives etc.. can thus be explained. Some animals know also from afar when their owners plan to return home. That can be freshly interpreted and explained via the concepts of group consciousness and hyper communication. Any collective consciousness cannot be sensibly used over any period of time without a distinctive individuality. Otherwise we would revert to a primitive herd instinct that is easily manipulated. Hyper communication in the new millennium means something quite different: Researchers think that if humans with full individuality would regain group consciousness, they would have a god-like power to create, alter and shape things on Earth! More and more clairvoyant children are being born. Something in those children is striving more and more towards the group consciousness of the new kind, and it will no longer be suppressed. When a great number of people get together through prayer or meditation, all focusing on the same outcome, we can change the world. William Softky; Cornell neuroscientist and biophysicist explains in this edition of Tech Turncoat Truths.”The fashionable intelligence at The New York Times has declared sound baths are everywhere, and it’s true. Well-educated people like myself now routinely spend a couple dozen dollars for a few hours in a quiet room listening to ringing gongs, thrumming bowls and shaking rattles. Those special-purpose sonic environments are technically called “sound baths,” but both aspiration and experience prefer the colloquial term “sound healing.” Sound baths do, in fact, make one feel “healed” just like a good massage does. I’m fascinated by sound baths not just for the quiet, subtle thrills that pure tones give to any breathing human. As a neuroscientist and biophysicist, I spent my career understanding the mathematical theory of how fluid brains interact with vibrating bodies, with the most relevant discoveries published in three research papers (see here, here and here). It turns out that coherent sound patterns can help nervous systems “tune” themselves, in the same general way tuning-forks help experts tune pianos or harps. A few months ago, I validated that explanation in person with Aurelio, the man who founded the world’s most prestigious sound-bath workshop called Svaram in Auroville, India. Aurelio and I agree on how sonic waves heal human bodies. That insight matters, because sound baths — like many “alternative” therapies that use live humans — have amazing cost/benefit ratios, delivering happiness fast and cheap. Yet such therapies get short shrift in monetized media, precisely because they have so little profit and centralized messaging. The NYT article, for example, gave lots of examples and quotes, but didn’t distinguish between practices or explain why they work. Fortunately, that article’s one scientific quote says all we need. David Baguley, a professor of hearing sciences at the University of Nottingham, said: “We know that sound has a massive influence on how the brain is organized.” Of course! The whole body from ears to toes is just a collection of vibrations, so it’s practically made of sound. Understand sound, you understand us. The Science Think of all the motions a human body can have, from big and slow to small and fast. The biggest, slowest motions are the strides and arm swings of locomotion, followed by faster and more delicate motions of fingers, toes and face. Keep going into the muscular tremors of the body (lasting around 0.03 seconds) and of the eyeball (0.01 seconds), through audible sound waves (down to 0.0001 seconds), into the ultrasonic realms of sound localization and proprioception (under 0.00001 seconds). Those vibrations span factors of millions in time, with the highest-bandwidth, most information-dense signals at the microtime end. Those ultrasound echoes enable the brain to convert time into space, microseconds into millimeters, both inside and outside the body. Those neuromechanical vibrations make your image of yourself and your world. Every last one of those body motions, from seconds to microseconds, is a kind of vibration and thus a kind of sound. You could say that a brain’s primary task, even the “visual” task of vibrating the eyeball, is that of anticipating and re-creating vibrations in space. Our brilliant brains are jelly managers. That means the whole brain/body system reduces, in a physicist’s sense of “first approximation,” to a kind of self-playing instrument. Say a “smart” harp with a million strings, one string for each muscle fiber. In this metaphor, the harpist brain sends pulses (action potentials) to “pluck” muscle fibers at precise, predetermined times. Right after, the plucks’ micro-reverberations trigger a coherent wave of sensory-neuron pulses back up to the brain. By learning to arrange the outputs and inputs to overlap, the brain minutely sculpts muscle and myofascial vibrations in the body, making them as predictable and lingering as possible. But you couldn’t possibly be aware of those tiny vibrations because they are far too numerous, fast and subtle to be tracked by clunky “consciousness.” They are as unconscious as can be. Back in paleo times, our nervous systems calibrated themselves just fine for a few million years, because the outdoor sonic environment we evolved for was simple, natural and three-dimensional: wind sounds, rain sounds, twig-snaps, people. Every sound a real one, every microsecond perfectly in place. Unfortunately, the modern world messes with microseconds: screens and lights flicker at rates that drive the unconscious crazy, digital phones scramble subtle vocal nuance, loudspeakers make unphysical sound patterns, earphones create competing soundscapes, wireless interruptions make unpredictable shocks. Our delicate vibration-managing nervous systems become de-calibrated not just by the sounds we call “noise pollution,” but also by the artificial sounds we call “entertainment” and “connection.” The solution to mental misery created by a de-calibrating sonic environment is to return to a calibrating one, such as a sound bath. The most natural sonic environment is obviously nature itself and, in fact, the practice of loitering quietly among trees, called “forest bathing,” provides well-documented benefits. In the neuromechanical view, trees provide naturally complex sound-reflection surfaces, and their rustling leaves provide coherent sonic point-sources, distributed through space. Full-spectrum authentic 3D sound. Sitting under a Bodhi tree in Auroville, I could hear the shape of the moving wind in the rustling leaves. Perhaps that same sound pattern enlightened the Buddha. Human-made sound baths, on the other hand, use two opposite types of sound to recalibrate the supine recipients in two opposite ways. To recalibrate one’s spatial-localization sense — hearing exactly where a sound comes from — there are rattles, rainsticks, chimes and other objects that make sharp, sudden clicks or dings from specific points in space. These constitute what physicists call “point sources,” a kind of test pattern originating from exact points in space and time. (The Amazonian ayahuasca ceremony, a kind of drug-enhanced sound healing, ends with rattles shaken over the participants). To recalibrate whole-body vibrations, sound baths also include things that ring continuously from being rubbed on the rim, the way one rings a wineglass. Brass Tibetan “singing” bowls and huge cylindrical quartz bowls both create enduring single-frequency notes, which typically form standing waves in the room. Standing waves have the simplest possible pattern in space and time, and so they provide the entire body with simultaneous, consistent, coherent stimulation. Sensory neurons on and under the skin thus all fire in microsecond synchrony. Furthermore, the nature of standing waves, like those in microwave ovens, is to have “hot” and “cold” spots. That means you can feel the center of sound coming from within your head and feel it move around inside. Different Sounds Other sound experiences, such as traditional religious ceremonies, include blown instruments, whose sounds are less pure, but thereby also embed vibrations from the performer’s abdomen. For example, the Tibetan horn, the didgeridoo or the Jewish shofar. Some experiences involve the sonic properties of the space itself, such as reverberation patterns in a cathedral (e.g., the Caveau Phonocamptique), or the echo-enhancing meditation space in Auroville’s Matrimandir. These point to the final benefit of sound baths: they’re social. A group of people in a quiet room automatically bathe one another in a soup of imperceptible human-generated vibrations, reference signals as useful as sounds from bowls and rattles. We can “heal” each other just by breathing. So understanding our brains as vibration managers easily de-calibrated by modern life shows us what to avoid and what to do. Any self-learning processor needs to avoid artificial and artificially interesting signals, so tech-made sounds and fractured soundscapes in and of themselves de-calibrate nervous systems. It even seemed like something “magical” to me, when I was writing about how through brain waves and AI scientists can “see” what you are seeing in real-time. Now, even more progress is being made thanks to neuroscientists at MIT.”So far, there is no cure for Alzheimer’s despite rapid growth in the number of people living with the disease. It is estimated that around 44 million people around the world suffer from this condition or a related form of dementia. In the U.S., an estimated 5.5 million people have Alzheimer’s disease. It is also the sixth-leading cause of death in the U.S, killing even more people than breast and prostate cancer combined. Even though a few drugs temporarily manage certain cognitive symptoms of the illness, none of them can stop Alzheimer’s progression. Virtually all new treatments have failed in clinical trials. “We really don’t have much to offer people,” says Shannon Macauley, a neuroscientist at Wake Forest School of Medicine. This new research basically works with imitating the healthy rhythmic patterns—or brain waves—that operate at different frequencies. Gamma brain waves oscillate at roughly 30 to 100 Hz and are associated with higher-order cognitive functions, and they are also known to decrease in the brains of people suffering from Alzheimer’s. A previous study showed that flashing light 40 times a second into the eyes of mice treated their Alzheimer’s disease. If this was not amazing enough, researchers also added sound of a similar frequency and this dramatically improved the results. In a way, we can be talking of “healing frequencies”… some “alternative” therapies in medicine may not sound so crazy now, huh? This noninvasive treatment also greatly reduced the number of amyloid plaques found in the brains of these mice. Plaques were cleared in large swaths of the brain, including areas critical for cognitive functions such as learning and memory. “When we combine visual and auditory stimulation for a week, we see the engagement of the prefrontal cortex and a very dramatic reduction of amyloid,” said Li-Huei Tsai, one of the researchersfrom MIT’s Picower Institute for Learning and Memory. Another fact to consider is that the researchers found that if they treated the mice for one week, then waited another week to perform the tests, many of the positive effects had faded, suggesting that the treatment would need to be given continuously to maintain the benefits. Tsui used a frequency ranging around 40 Hertz, a sound only just high enough for humans to hear, and as a “side effect,” it also helped clear the nearby hippocampus, an important area of the brain associated with memory. After treatment, mice exposed to this “therapy” performed better in a range of cognitive tasks. Findings show an overall neuroprotective effect, even in the later stages of neurodegeneration, the researchers reported. Though there are important differences among species, there is reason to be optimistic that these methods can provide useful interventions for humans,” says Nancy Kopell, a professor of mathematics and statistics at Boston University. While further research is needed and a few numbers to understand, such as 40, the frequency that is creating a profound impact in mice, this is encouraging news to finally have an effective treatment for all stages of Alzheimer’s disease. But to me, it was very important to utilize and offer this information to the public. Just a quick side note. When I perform a session; every time it’s different. We are always changing. Our cells are. Our thoughts are. Our reactions to life and those thoughts are. Our stories we type in our hippocampus changes. Simply put; I have many gifts that I usually don’t share, but with every session, I’m not just using sound, music and reiki. I have the ability to go deep within; also perform by ear, changing the frequencies of what I’m playing with the truly divine tones from the crystal bowls and deep and beautiful music I orchestrate in combination. Think of it this way. I’m just as science based as many are. My programs, I have done extensive research from the most prestigious of schools, research and data. But it all comes down to how it works, and simply that it does. The most important - “that it does”. Some, that I have written in previous blogs; that let go of forty years of trauma in one sound bath and some who experienced ten years of constant pain (tried everything) and now completely free of those restraints. Every detail I have expanded to explore the deepest avenues through science, medical science, holistic and non-holistic approaches; so you will greatly benefit from every class, session or concert experience. But I will say this; it comes down to the first research study on this blog- where our words and stories do have profound effects on our body...either clearing and freeing or debilitating and keeping us confined. Dr. Emotto discovered this a long while ago with water. Our body, brain and blood is between 80-90% water. Please look up his findings. There’s so much research out there expressing the effects what we think, what we tell ourselves and the stories we keep playing in our mind. The second article explains how there’re so many avenues out there that truly help. As Dr. Oz and the television show The Doctors expresses; sound and reiki simply work. The most profound part; there’re no side effects. None. The third article is tied into the earlier one I wrote about last year. Now with that study - sound and light do have profound results. My father passed from Alzheimer’s; what truly profound information these results discovered. It’s proven. One thing I would love to add. What we for some reason have titled as New Age. This form of healing has been around since man walked earth in one form or another. I wrote about that in one of my previous blog findings back in 2018! The sad truth; people will continue to needlessly suffer and continue to only view health by one means of standards. Not open themselves to something that actually works and opens the true abilities the human body, mind and heart can connect to: which is our true essence “soul”, “spirit”, “energy body”, “astral body” that is universally ours that harnesses all the true healing powers; these approaches open within and around you. Please research Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, Dr. Eben Alexander, Dr. Brain Weiss, Michael A. Singer, Dr. David Childress. If you want to truly feel good, heal, move on, embrace and clear your entire energy field (cellular structure, molecules and DNA); then give yourself this gift and use it so you can! Give yourself this gift; the gift that is yours by birthright being a truly profound and infinite creation from the universe. Stop limiting yourself and waiting till there is problems to get some help. Make this a wonderful routine of complete health that offers you; not just a world of possibilities of clarity and blessings, but a universe of expansion within so you can live in that freedom with every step. I understood back not so long ago, questioning anything we defined as holistic. I did five years ago. There is no excuses anymore. All the evidence is right now in front of you. But, instead of this being why you do this for yourself. How about experience what so many others are and give yourself that freedom you have been so desperately deserving. This is not a bandaid to cover up something. As this is not a one and done thing. This is like exercise; you go to the gym not just to enjoy a fit body, you go there to stimulate the physical and energy body, the same with eating better and getting enough rest. What my programs achieve; they are better expressed by experiencing them regularly. What most either don’t know or understand; we have many layers to ourselves. It’s time for us to take care of ourselves that in turn helps with our relationships, work, communication, energy, thoughts, sleep, reactions to life, our physical, mental and energy bodies. I have kept my prices low for a very simple reason. Because I want everyone to experience this freedom. It’s that simple. I have had people say I should be charging anywhere from $125 an hour to several I had from out of town (California) expressing to me if I was living there they would pay me $225 an hour. Stop living in pain, stop living in confusion, stop living in fear, stop living in a place of confinement. It’s up to you. There’re so many articles, blogs and expressions being passed around of “how stressful this time of year can be”. I like to view it from a totally different frame of mind, energy and perspective. I have come to learn from so many brilliant minds, heart wise souls and ones who just walk earth, “happy”. Abundant. In love with life, the world and where they’re and where their potential is going can be. I love gifts as we all do. I love to give gifts as well. Maybe this year while you're laughing with family and sharing that love, gifts and stories. Give a gift to yourself. Be yourself. Let go of the armor and just let things be exactly where they’re at. Let go of what was and what may be. Stop trying to fit in. Yes children, adults also continue to do this through life. This actually is therapeutic and builds your character and releases the old stories in your mind. Embrace everyone you are with this holiday from the standpoint of; what a true gift it is to be with everyone. Because there’re many that don’t. Just maybe 2020 will have everyone at least starting to shift and see themselves and others from a deeper standpoint of deep connections and love. We are definitely a goofy species. Hopefully 2020 and beyond we won’t just squeeze in one day here and another day (holidays) here and celebrate one another each day. That we will want to enjoy every moment - because each moment is a gift; the real miracle of life here is one another and ourselves. What does it mean by orchestrated music? I have in my music library over 4,000 songs from all over the world I use. What is the difference between the concerts and the one on one sessions? There is a significant difference. During the one on one sessions; it’s simply you and I, no distractions or others to disturb your peaceful energy flow. During the concerts there is always possibilities you can be disturbed by possibly others snoring, or getting up to go the bathroom or moving next to you, that stops the continuous flow of healing taking place when this happens. When you’re in a restful meditative state; your subconscious is at rest, helping the body heal. Also a significant bonus; if I come out to your home, that higher vibrational energy clears that stagnant energy within your entire living space and the material objects. What makes this program so wonderful? First of all, I play the bowls continuously with the music. I don’t have a set music and just tap the bowls. When you continuously play the healing bowls with the serene sounds of the music - the client goes into a truly beautiful state of rest. When this takes place; the body and mind is in a perfect place for healing. What does it mean by layered? When I layer the sound from the crystal healing bowls and the music together - those sounds, tones and vibrations come together in perfect harmony. Is this a therapy session or meditation? Actually both. Depending on what you’re going through in life at that very moment; depends on what is needed to be unblocked. Both meditation and therapy do that for you. The difference is we think of therapy is only for one who is going through some type of trauma. That’s not necessarily true. Words don’t adequately describe what you actually experience. How many sessions should I use? I have always said that listen to your heart and body. Some clients use my services once a week and others once a month. Simply put, we all could use energy clearing. From the bottom of my heart I wanted to thank every student, client, concert participant and all those I rent from, work with and share our dharma. When I first started this journey, I thought I was truly making a mistake going on this new path. But with any “great” change in one’s life; that discomfort, truly changed into complete bliss! Back in 2015-16; I went through a transition in my life that would catapult me into a place I now consider free, peaceful, blessed, entirely loving and grateful each day. Meditation The latest study I have come across is from Cambridge, that meditation is not for everyone. I know there is a huge benefit from doing it myself, but I have been practicing it in many forms since around 2003. But I do come across on my journeys, people that it’s a burden to them. In fact some say they are actually feeling sick, sadder, more in pain and more confused. What Cambridge found out, for these people; “logic based” individuals, it was better for them to stay busy and focused on certain task, than try to let the mind be free and go within. So if your one of these wonderful people; just do what’s best for you. I have come to my own conclusion, meditation is just a word; find your inner truth that works for you and use it whenever you are feeling uptight, stressed or down. Meditation doesn’t mean a set time or way; it can be dancing, listening to music, walking, just closing your eyes, taking brief naps through the day to simply taking “time outs” to have some free time. I still feel we are in a world that tries “we all fit one size”. Of course that’s farthest from the truth. There’re many teachers out there; your true best teacher is yourself. Again, all the rest are wonderful tools! Simply put, always listen to your heart and make decisions from a quiet place where you are free from life’s distractions. Whatever works for you, embrace it fully and let it grow! The most profound thing all the studies have found, including myself; we never give ourselves enough time to experience the benefits of what is best for us as individuals! That’s one thing we need to definitely do more! Water I always love to research and come across wonderful videos, to help out my clients and myself. We all know how water is truly great for us. Then why are we hooked on soft drinks, energy drinks, coffee, tea, etc? I’m like anyone else; I loved at one time RedBull, Monster, tea, coffee, Coke and all the other options. Since drinking more water and removing most of that from my diet. My energy level has increased, my thoughts have become clearer, my reactions to life are in more flow and I sleep better, plus my organs are flowing in a way that I’m way less bloated. I want you to think of water this way. If we are made of water ~ 70% (body), 80% (brain), 90% (blood). Wouldn’t you think by drinking water; you would finally feel better? Plus what it does for your skin, your hair, your sex drive, your eyes, and how you age! Dr. Emoto discovered how water is effected by our emotional state. That when we are feeling bad or good; those emotions effect the cellular structure and components of the water. I also found a wonderful video that I would love to share too. I know those 30 day challenges are most likely too difficult to reach. Try just the next seven days - stop drinking all the other drinks you consume and just water. Even write a journal, to write down the data how you’re feeling from day 1 to 7. I just tried this; I have never felt better the entire day. What do you have to lose? There’re times my lower back hurts or shoulders from the work I do. I work with a gentleman named Kip Kronk from Sky Greene Yoga out of Ann Arbor. We both share our expertise and heart when we come together with our classes (Restorative Yoga and Sound) truly amazing experience! What the restorative yoga does is unlike the basic yoga poses. You are very relaxed and stretch completely for a period of two plus minutes in every position. The entire time - truly benefiting your core muscle groups. The problem I found out from Kip was; many think they’re stretching and only stretch the tendons, not the muscles. They are in a rush or don’t know how to stretch properly, lol...one being me until I met him. Doing it properly and just taking a short time in the morning and night; the muscles relax, the tendons relax and the bones have the opportunity to align into place. This video I came across is the McKenzie Method; founded in the 60’s, that is now like everything in history, making a comeback. Instead of going through what I found, I’ll place the link below and you can try it. It’s truly unbelievable how it has helped me; I simply don’t have the luxury like Kip that does restorative yoga each day and throughout the day. I have now tried the McKenzie Method and have been pain free since. Helpful would be to listen to your body while doing it and doing it for the rest of your life. Yogis call it prana, the Japanese call it ki, and the Chinese call it chi or qi. In the United States, it goes by various names in different practices, but the energy is all the same. When the force is low, people are more likely to develop stress-related illnesses. When the frequency is high, they are more likely to experience happiness and good health. In 2014, over 600 hospitals, including Johns Hopkins and the Mayo Clinic, had adopted Reiki as a form of complementary therapy.
How Energy Healing Works Trained practitioners place their hands on or above the body to channel universal energy. Although practitioners use specific hand positions, the energy travels throughout the body. Sessions usually last around an hour, and clients often feel a sense of warmth and peacefulness during the treatment. Some healers offer long-distance healing while others prefer direct contact. Although most studies have shown it to be an effective complementary therapy, researchers say it's “intangible nature” makes it hard to measure. The good news is that it is affordable and noninvasive, and anecdotal stories offer strong support for its benefits. How Energy Healing Helps Cancer Patients A 2014 study looked at a group of volunteer practitioners who provided supportive care to 213 patients and found promising results. When surveyed, 82.2 percent of the participants reported that the treatments were helpful and said they would recommend the practice to others. Other data showed it improved patients' quality of life in several ways, including a 50 percent decrease in the following self-reported symptoms: · Distress · Anxiety · Depression · Pain · Fatigue Overall, the study showed that it helped cancer patients relax and enhanced their spiritual well-being. Besides helping patients, energy healing may also provide relaxation and stress relief to caregivers and families while they are coping with the illness of a loved one. Finding a Practitioner Many hospitals have volunteers who work with patients, and open-minded medical providers can often provide references to reliable providers of complementary and alternative medicine. Another option for patients and caregivers is to become a practitioner. Classes are affordable and available in most cities, and the technique can be easily learned and administered to oneself or to others. Whether dealing with a rare diagnosis like mesothelioma, an illness caused by asbestos exposure, or a more common one like breast cancer, patients recover more easily and experience fewer side effects when they feel relaxed and spiritually connected to something greater than themselves. I’m hoping the new year has been a happy and healthy one for you and your family. Spring is here for the northern hemisphere and I have been coming across numerous studies finding more profound results that sound, color, lights have healing effects on our body. The latest out there is from MIT. Where the test subjects were mice and the researchers placed strobe light affects and sound at different variables finding profound results. These mice had similar problems that exist in Alzheimer’s patients. After concluding the tests; their findings were mind boggling. Now we both know mice and humans minds are different; but this test was so significant that now they are wanting to test people immediately. Why this study holds a special place in my heart; my father had Alzheimer’s and the years before he passed, it was such a truly devastating thing to go through watching a man that to me was a genius, such a beautiful heart- become so lost that he just looked at you wishing he could just make contact with you. It felt like he was in another time line or dimension; right in front of you, but on the other side of the universe. These are some parts of the article I came across... "When we combine visual and auditory stimulation for a week, we see the engagement of the prefrontal cortex and a very dramatic reduction of amyloid," says Li-Huei Tsai, one of the researchers from MIT's Picower Institute for Learning and Memory. It's not the first study to investigate the role sound can play in clearing the brain of the tangles and clumps of tau and amyloid proteins at least partially responsible for the disease.” “Previous studies showed bursts of ultrasound make blood vessels leaky enough to allow powerful treatments to slip into the brain, while also encouraging the nervous system's waste-removal experts, microglia, to pick up the pace. Several years ago, Tsai discovered light flickering at a frequency of about 40 flashes a second had similar benefits in mice engineered to build up amyloid in their brain's nerve cells. The result was so mind-boggling and so robust, it took a while for the idea to sink in, but we knew we needed to work out a way of trying out the same thing in humans," Tsai told Helen Thomson at Nature at the time.” “Instead of the high pitched scream of ultrasound, Tsui used a much lower droning noise of just 40 Hertz, a sound only just high enough for humans to hear. Exposing their mouse subjects to just one hour of this monotonous buzz every day for a week led to a significant drop in the amount of amyloid build up in the auditory regions, while also stimulating those microglial cells and blood vessels. "What we have demonstrated here is that we can use a totally different sensory modality to induce gamma oscillations in the brain," says Tsai.” “As an added bonus, it also helped clear the nearby hippocampus – an important section associated with memory. The effects weren't just evident in the test subjects' brain chemistry. Functionally, mice exposed to the treatment performed better in a range of cognitive tasks. Adding the light therapy from the previous study saw an even more dramatic effect, clearing plaques in a number of areas across the brain, including in the prefrontal cortex. Those trash-clearing microglia also went to town. "These microglia just pile on top of one another around the plaques," says Tsai. Discovering new mechanisms in the way nervous systems clear waste and synchronise activity is a huge step forward in the development of treatments for all kinds of neurological disorders. Translating discoveries like this to human brains will take more work, especially when there are potential contrasts in how gamma waves appear in mice and human Alzheimer's brains. So far early testing for safety has shown the process seems to have no clear side effects.” -This research was published in Cell. -Scientists 'Clear' Alzheimer's Plaque From Mice Using Only Light And Sound written by Mike McCrae; March 15th, 2019 Now I would like to tie in what I do; that I continue to find and experience with my own clients, concert participants and even attuning my reiki students (my students during their attunements-go deeply into a meditative state with my crystal bowls, music and reiki (some - up to three hours). There is such a dynamic expansion of what truly this form of therapy not just accomplishes, but how truly diverse sound, energy and light “medicine” works on the total body complex. Not just the physical body itself, but on the fifty trillion cells and the energy body (auric-etheric field). Now, when I learned reiki and teach it; we use light also to provide that healing to our clients. I have had over 95% (combined) of my clients and concert participants experience colors, lights flowing not just visually in their mind, but throughout their body, spine and around their energy body. We are taught that (such thing as the chakras) which are true energy centers located on the spine - are constant. Meaning, that the colors associated with each one never moves; which is furthest from the truth. When the body is starving for balance-it tries to find any resource to bring that peace and freedom to the cells, neurons and all the sensory stimuli. When I perform a concert or session with my crystal bowls, music and reiki. All those pulses and vibrations expand - opening the vast highway of flow; that flow dilates the blood vessels, the energies of the spine in alignment, spinal cord vibratory systems and the truly diverse systems of the miracle...we should call ourselves. We are made of light, sound, energy and the vibrations and tones that are beyond the small portion of our brain we use here. In reality; we are truly diverse, connected and expansive by our own divine true nature. Even if we are simply speak about the make up of our physical body; which is made of 80% water combined: 70% outer core and 90% blood. My SST program works brilliantly to balance those wave lengths of the water of the body. Dr. Masaru Emoto proved that our thoughts, words, actions and even music and tones affect the molecules of water significantly. Negative affects - the water was dark, the shapes within the water molecules were rigid and scattered. Positive affects - the water was shimmering with color, bright and the molecules were showcasing beautiful symmetry of shapes that were truly diverse and amazing. This is where finally science and the medical world and now even religion is waking up and understanding that this is our true nature. Our ancestors not just knew this; they were profound healers and knew how we and everything is connected. All to help one another out. It’s right in front of us. It’s, to be perfectly honest; is us-within us! Always has been; we keep searching outward and it always has been within us. That’s where my SST program goes to the source to clear out exactly what you personally need. One day I know that we will evolve to simply live in that arena of our true essence and nature. Holistic approaches and even medicine will not be needed. But until then; both are. One thing I wish, I would of opened myself to this knowledge sooner. I would of helped my father not suffer like he did. I would of been able to help him not just with Alzheimer’s, but his cancer; his pain and when that day came-crossing over. The gift is; I’m now helping my Mom who has many health problems of her own and due to her age; those ailments are trying to cause havoc on her. I have helped with her Parkinson’s (slow the progress significantly), her pain and keep her cancer at bay. I helped her also with my fathers passing and the truly deep sadness she would of fell into. I also have helped her with the larger picture of life, her life path and the connections she know embraces with her higher souls energy. Another huge aspect; we both have grown into best friends, where at one time, we were not that close. It’s so odd to me now, that we are on one earth; yet the East has always known this and uses these approaches like breathing. Yet, here in the West (especially the United States) just now waking up to embrace the significances of these truly powerful and amazing ways of healing approaches! Know matter the age, the circumstances and can help on a spiritual, emotional, physical, etheric and even from an ancestral ties. Those circumstances that one has chosen on a soul level to carry the load of the families burdens. Many now are releasing that or at least trying during this time period. Using self-care strategies each day, including during your workouts, help you clear your mind, enjoy exercise more, and improve your overall wellness. Some of the best ways to take this holistic approach to your health and wellness include using breathing exercises, remembering to warm up and cool down, staying hydrated, giving yourself a break from social media, reevaluating your goals, journaling, eating well each day, and meditating. Meditation is a wonderful way to practice mindfulness and find balance between your workout and overall self-care routines. Despite what many people think, meditating doesn’t have to take hours out of your day or be done in an expensive yoga studio. In fact, you can practice it at home in sessions as short as five minutes. Simply find a quiet room (or corner of a room) in your home, let some natural light in, sit in a comfortable position, and focus on your breath and how your body feels. The goal is to have a completely clear mind, and it takes some practice. If you’re interested in adding this practice to your self-care routine, try starting with a guided meditation. Commit to a Variety of Physical Activities When you stick to one workout, you don’t benefit as much as when you commit to a variety of physical activities. Doing the same workout day after day will bore you more quickly than if you mix up your routine, and you won’t see as many results over time if your body becomes accustomed to doing the same activity each time you exercise. In fact, there are several reasons to vary your workout, according to One Medical: you will overcome weight-loss plateaus, prevent overuse injuries, build new muscles, beat workout boredom, help keep your brain healthy, meet new workout partners, and feel excited about exercise. Exercising simply to lose weight or reach a singular fitness goal will not contribute to your self-care as much as exercising to boost mental health. In fact, exercise is an ideal solution for depression, anxiety, and addiction, because it improves your confidence and self-esteem, improves your mood, gives you more energy, helps you sleep better, distracts you from negative thoughts, acts as a healthy coping mechanism, and releases endorphins (the feel-good hormones). That’s why your workout routine should include a variety of cardio, strengthening, and stretching activities. Be Mindful of Your Daily Motivation and Activities If you happen to be concerned about self-care because you are in addiction recovery, you need to know there are proven benefits of exercising in recovery. An active lifestyle reduces stress and gives you opportunities to socialize in healthy ways. It is possible, however, for people in recovery to become addicted to exercise. To avoid replacing one addiction with another, you need to practice self-care even more than people not in recovery. Pushing yourself to the max during workouts is okay, but you need to make sure that you also focus on nutrition and take rest days. Committing to physical fitness is one way to take care of yourself, but committing to self-care is the best way to improve your overall wellness. That’s why you should take a holistic approach to health and wellness, set overall wellness goals, commit to a variety of physical activities, and be mindful of your daily motivation and activities.
