One thing many forget; eating healthy is just as important as other things we do that are good for us. Laughing, eating good, being out in nature, meditation, yoga, sound baths, energy work and working out are a well rounded practice that creates a strong body, happier mind, a powerful heart and a soul that is free!

This was found in Antarctica. A real angel of the deep. If you look closely enough; where water isn’t polluted and disturbed. Above the angel is the aura Borealis, around the angel in the dark; stars. See the larger picture with everything. It brings clarity. Calm. Peace. Health. Flow. Connection. A deeper love of what you are and the truly miraculous creations around you.
There is so much we still need to learn about all the love, resources and blessings nature offers. 2020 has been so much to many. On all scales and layers. But as the world awakes; the new steps will be of simplicity and the inner flow of your own individual creations.

Seeing the world around me wake up in nature was spectacular. But experiencing it as our human family awakes is beyond words.

Sunsets seem to bring out the inner child of freedom. A simple expression of the true connection of what we perceive is light going into darkness. But we fail to understand that both polarities are simply sharing the same “LIGHT” but in different forms.

I know there has been so many extremes with this period of time we are all experiencing. My theory is this. We all have walked (truly) different paths to get to today. So that logically is why there’re so many stories out there. But, with that said; I feel this is a profound time to let whatever that is go and allow in what you’re truly about. Infinite. Profound. Expressive. A butterfly that has gone through the caterpillar stage; patient in the cocoon of within and now “awakening” to discover you’re that butterfly! When you’re ready; spread your wings and fly.

Like my concerts, sound baths, sessions and attunements; they have to be experienced. Words can’t adequately describe what you feel, hear, see and enjoy!

Like the other discs; this one rotates and even has shooting stars. The closest one out there that is similar (planetarium) only has 60,000 stars.

This is the Southern Hemisphere; you are looking up at 4.5 million stars. All layered for a view that is mind altering.

Looking comfy on that blow up bed at my eight hour over night concert. No joke, I performed the entire night - no break, no water, no food or bathroom.

I’m in the back, Mary Ella; owner of Bikram Yoga in Grosse Pointe taking a picture while I just started at 10 pm; performing until 6 am. This is a sleep event where the healing lasts up to three to six months of clearing. I’m still buzzing five days after. Next one in the summer!

It’s been a mild winter so far. This was a wonderful night in the 40’s where this perfect picturesque scene was unfolding before my eyes.

On the other side of the mild weather. We truly have had only two snow events. This was the largest one with heavy snow. Thankfully only 50 days till spring! Hurray.

Had the great pleasure performing with my friends niece and super star. Andrea is a very gifted young woman that plays any instrument, records, sings and is going to nursing school.

I will be playing a concert with my music partner (Album coming out late September)- a live concert with lights, lasers and an experience to remember! I cater to private concerts all over Michigan and even out of state. This one is near Brighton. The excellent part is the tones and vibrations actual cleanse the home and all the material objects. Quite profound!
